Lightning Paladin is easy to judge too early in Season 9. I've seen plenty of players try it for ten or twenty levels, hit a slow patch, then swap to Arcane or Holy because those builds feel stronger right away. Fair enough. The early climb can be awkward, and if your gear is thin, it can feel like you're poking monsters instead of killing them. Still, the spec isn't weak. It's late-blooming....
